We had a very interesting weekend of ups and downs. Speaking for myself, it was exhausting.
After school on Friday, we drove almost 8 hours to Louisville, checked in and then had to be in the arena by 6:45am. We finished our last match about 7pm that night, got some food and went to bed only to lose an hour of sleep due to Daylight Savings. But the team fought it out. Sunday could have been a disaster as we lost the first set, and then we let them come back to tie us at 20 all in the 2nd. I am so proud of the way we dug in and righted the ship. After winning the 2nd and 3rd set, we proceeded go on to win our bracket (Bronze) without dropping another set.
